Mockingbird Station Unmasked: The Scary Scoop on The People’s Last Halloween

It was spooky; it was spine-tingling; it was sinister: The People’s Last Halloween at the Station was ‘sin’sational.

Werewolf howling, skeletons hanging and gruesome movies looping, darkness fell and fog crept in on The People’s Last Stand. The spirits came alive in the eerie red glow illuminating from the depths of the darkness and cobwebs. A chilling breeze swirled through the air to cool the blood of the creatures of the night that came to see what frightful fortunes befell them. From magical to terrifying, Steam punk enthusiasts, DC and Marvel super villains, and classic Grimm fairytale monsters graced us with their presence.

The edible treats were a hit as were the Pumpkin Tap potion and Custom cocktail cauldrons. For the dead: Corpse’s Bride and Zombi; for those thirsty vampires: Ghoul’s Blood. DJ Blake Ward spun a spellbinding smashup for the night that wouldn’t have been complete without Monster Mash and Thriller.

With the midnight hour approaching, our mystical night came to a close and the spirits were put to rest… or were they?

‘Til next year, villains and ghouls.
